A retired Colonel from the U.S. Army Medical Service Corps, he founded Burroughs International in 1998, leveraging his military experience to excel in the corporate arena. He served as an organization development executive for divisions of three Fortune 500 companies and held the position of Managing Director at a leading global retained executive search firm. With a proven track record of coaching and placing hundreds of executives, including partners, presidents, physician directors, and public company CEOs in the U.S., Asia, and Europe, Michael has built an impressive network. He boasts over 3,700 professional connections on LinkedIn and is the group owner of the Executive Integration Network, further demonstrating his commitment to fostering leadership excellence and connectivity in the professional community.
